Earlier this year we learned that the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered game would feature the original campaign and 10 of the original maps remastered, with some of the maps not making the cut. However, during the ongoing Call of Duty XP event they revealed that all 16 of the multiplayer maps will now be featured instead of 10.
However, the additional 6 maps will not be available to play at launch. The initial 10 will be available to play during the game’s November launch, though the remaining 6 will be added into the game in December. An exact release date for those maps was not revealed, though more information is expected to be revealed during the XP event.
We also recently learned during the XP even that Infinite Warfare would be getting a multiplayer beta in October, though it comes to PlayStation 4 first before hitting Xbox One and PC.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered will launch on November 4th alongside Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, though it will only be available with special editions of Infinite Warfare. Both of these games will launch on November 4th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
