While everyone knows that Clash of Clans has been a major success on mobile devices, this new statistic that has just been released really puts it all in perspective. Developer Supercell has revealed that Clash of Clans now brings in over 100 million players per day, making the free-to-play game one of the most successful mobile games of all time.
While 100 millions players per day is certainly a lot, it shouldn’t have come as too much of a surprise when the developers revealed they were earning $654,000 per day from the game a couple of years ago. One can only imagine how much they’re making off of it now.
Supercell has enjoyed major success with several of its games so far, with Clash of Clans joining Clash Royale, Hay Day and Boom Beach in their repertoire of hit games. Clash Royale is the latest game from the developer and launched last month.
