Dead Space 2 System Requirements Announced

The minimum system specifications have been posted by Electronic Arts for the PC version of Dead Space 2.  The system requirements are temperate in relation to the first Dead Space game and many of the graphic intensive games of today.  Have a look below to see if you will be able to run the game come January 25th.

OS: Windows XP (SP2), Windows Vista, Windows 7
CPU: 2.8 GHz processor or equivalent ( any Pentium 4.2.8 GHz or better, AMD Athlon64 3000+ or better, any Athlon 64 X2 or Core Duo Processor)
RAM: 1GB (XP), 2 GB (Windows 7 or Vista) or more
DISC DRIVE: 8x speed or faster CD/DVD drive
HARD DRIVE: At least 10GB of free space
VIDEO CARD: 256 MB Video Card and Shader Model 3.0 required.  NVIDIA GeForce 6800 or better, ATI X1600 Pro or better
SOUND: Direct 9.0c compatible sound card
