Deep Silver is always one for fan interaction with previous Collector’s Editions and it looks like Dead Island 2 is going to be no different. The company is asking fans to vote on what they would like to see in the games Collector’s Edition at release.
There are 28 total items up for voting for the Dead Island 2 Collector’s Edition so fans will be spoiled for choice. Do you want a plushy of the world’s first motion captured cat, Rick Furry in your Collector’s Edition or would you prefer a Dead Island 2 themed beach towel? No? How about sunglasses, a beer cooler case, art book, steelbook case, an inflatable beach ball or others. There is literally a wide array to choose from. Dead Island 2 takes place after the events of Dead Island and the upcoming Escape Dead Island, several months after the events on the Banoi Islands. The US Military has put the Golden State under quarantine which has led some to partake an extra curricular zombie killing. The story coupled with eight player seamless co-op is set to excite fans on next-gen platforms sometime in 2015.
