One extremely talented individual has gotten his Kinect to work with The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, and it looks pretty good.  YouTube user KinectFAAST made fairly quick work of the project with Skyrim being on store shelves for less than a month.  By using voice commands for item selection and inventory browsing, plus using key phrases to bring up quick inventory items, the navigation of Skyrim’s many features seemed pretty natural.

You can definitely tell that there are some kinks to be worked out in the gesture recognition department, but the voice commands seem to be what really saves him in some tough spots.
