Dragon Ball Xenoverse DLC Pack 3 Finally Gets A Release Date

Dragon Ball Xenoverse released back in February and quickly became a success on the sales charts. This was greatly helped by being one of the first good Dragon Ball games in years and made fans want even more. Luckily, a season pass was already announced that has brought us a good bit of content already and after much waiting, we finally have an official release date for DLC Pack 3.

As revealed through the official Bandai Namco Games Entertainment Tumblr page, Dragon Ball Xenoverse’s DLC Pack 3 will be arriving next week on June 9. As previously announced, this will be the Resurrection F focused DLC pack, though the movie won’t be out until August in the US.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse’s third DLC pack will brings us four new playable characters: Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Goku, Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Vegeta, Golden Frieza, and Jaco the Galactic Patrolman. The first three are obviously from the new movie, but Jaco is from his own series.

The DLC will also include five new parallel quests, two new masters, eight new master quests, 14 new skills, one new jesture, and seven new Z Souls. In addition, a few new costumes and accessories are being added, including Gohan’s Tracksuit, Turtle Hermit’s Aloha Shirt, Turtle Hermit Set, and Tagoma’s Scouter.

With all of the hype over the last couples months with a new movie and the announcement of a new anime and manga, any new DBZ content is much appreciated to get us in the US by in the meantime, who have to wait for the Resurrection F movie in August and the new anime even later. Season Pass owners can download this new DLC starting on June 9 at no cost, with it being available for purchase for everyone else the same day as well.
