E3 2016: Here’s One Hour Of Battlefield 1 64-Player Multiplayer Footage

by Mike Guarino

The conclusion of EA’s E3 press conference marked the beginning of a multiplayer livestream of Battlefield 1, which gave everyone a full hour of the 64-player multiplayer mode. The results were pretty impressive, and you can check out the complete thing at the bottom of this post.

EA went all out to make sure they gave this mode the proper reveal, getting together 64 people that comprised of people from YouTube, Twitch and even celebrities. Everyone was able to get in 3 rounds, which featured prominently all of the big changes that will be coming to the series.

Among the biggest things that we got to see a good look of were the Behemoth vehicles, as well as the destructibility of environments and the dynamic weather system. It’s all coming together very nicely for Battlefield 1, and hopefully the finished product turns out as good as what these early videos promise.

Battlefield 1 will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on October 21st. Check out the YouTubers/Twitch Vs Celebrities video below.
