Anyone that has played the Half Life games is waiting for the continuation of the story of Gordon Freeman.  Whether that be in another Episode of Half Life 2, or a brand new title all together, we know there simply must be more to the story of Half Life.  Valve will tease us from time to time, with “surprise announcements coming soon” for their new titles, and each time, us gamers get worked into a frenzy just pondering the thought of a new episode or Half Life game to mark on our calendars.

As we get nearer to the launch of Portal 2, Valve has been vocal about their upcoming puzzle shooter, which is resides in the same world as Half- Life theoretically.  Valve’s Doug Lombardi recently spoke with Aus Gamers and told them that there is definitely more on the horizon for Gordon Freeman, however long that horizon may be.

Hang in there we will, however bittersweet the mere teaser of  a sequel may be.
