Fable Legends Might Have An Open Beta Very Soon

Not a lot of news has come out about Fable Legends lately, although it sounds like an open beta for the game will be released very soon.

Lionhead’s social media coordinator LHAlbiongirl tweeted out something interesting regarding Fable Legends earlier this week:

“Not at all, it takes time to test. And it’s not open, it’s a closed beta. There will be an open beta soon enough though :)”

As of right now, Fable Legends is only in closed beta. Lionhead Studios is however increasing the number of invites to the game right now. You will have to check your email inbox to see if you have an invite.

In regards to the open beta for Fable Legends, Lionhead Studios still doesn’t know an exact date for it. Once a date is set, Lionhead Studios will tell us when everyone will be able to play the open beta.

As for the actual release date for Fable Legends, there is also not a definite answer for this. The plan right now is to release the game for “later this year“. It’s likely the game could come out during the Holiday 2015 season. The end of the year will bring us Halo 5: Guardians, Rise of the Tomb Raider and Forza Motorsport 6.
