Today saw the announcement of official release dates for Fallout 76 across Xbox One, PS4, and PC. However, as the release gets closer and closer, fans are wondering where they can get a real look at the game. Gameplay footage has been rare though. Fans have also had some real questions about how the game will look and play. It seems that those questions may be answered soon though, with Bethesda’s Pete Hines assuring fans that gameplay footage is coming soon.
“I know a lot of folks are asking about gameplay,” said Hines. “Well, I can confirm we are doing an event soon. And we are going to let a lot of people capture a few hours of gameplay doing whatever they want to do. So before long you will have hundreds (!!!) of hours of gameplay to watch.”
So it looks like not only will we get a good look at Fallout 76, but we’ll get to see everything the game has to offer. While we’ve seen some gameplay it has mostly been heavily edited and shaped around the story that Bethesda is wanting to tell. This often leaves out small details that players obsess over. Hopefully the gameplay video out of this event will satiate fans ravenous desires.
