Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2 date back to the PlayStation 2 days, but that hasn’t stopped both games from being re-released multiple times. Following the first HD remaster on PS3, the games later came to PS4, PS Vita, and even PC as well. This was pretty standard for most Final Fantasy games of recent, so it was a nice surprise when Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster was announced for additional platforms a few months back and that release has received a brand new trailer.

The latest release for Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster is set to arrive for Nintendo Switch and Xbox One on April 16th, which is only a little over a week away. As a result, Square Enix is starting the marketing push for the game by releasing the trailer below. This trailer just gives a quick glance at both games in the collection, specifically focusing mostly on the lead characters Tidus and Yuna.

With this release, Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster is now available for every major current generation platform, which is pretty crazy for a game that was once exclusive to PS2 back in the day. This is also going to be happening soon with the release of Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age for both systems |later in the month.
