If you’re one of these people that aren’t playing but have friends that are, they can help you get into the beta. Microsoft just sent out a batch email to beta subscribers informing them of the opportunity to recieve up to five Gears of War 3 beta codes, by completing numerous activities on the Xbox Live service.
If you’re in the beta you can perfrom any of these tasks to earn a free code.
– Purchase any Gears of War content from the Xbox Live Marketplace which includes game add-ons, games on demand, and avatar gear.
– Spend 20 hours on the beta, starting today.
– Add 12 months to your Xbox Live membership
– Have logged on for 100 hours on any of the Gears of War titles, including single player and multiplayer for Gears 1,2, and expansions.
– Complete the four tasks above, and you’ll get a fifth code.
