It looks GameStop is getting ready to start promoting GTA 5 with brand new artwork from Rockstar.  Two new pre-order posters were discovered this weekend, which show two masked gunmen.  One shows a masked man making a getaway via motorbike, while the other shows a man checking the time during a jewelry store heist.

The pre-order posters still don’t have a concrete release date for Grand Theft Auto 5, as you can see on the image below, it’s still scheduled for Spring 2013.   Rockstar said that it would be releasing more information in the month of January when they released the last batch of screenshots for GTA 5, and  if they’re to make good on that promise, we’ll likely be getting official details on the Rockstar Newswire in the coming week.

What should we expect in the next news from Rockstar?  Well, the developers said that they would be revealing the box art for GTA V in January, and it’s assumed that they’ll shortly be revealing the official release date for the game as well.  As such a high-profile video game release in 2013, Rockstar’s next game has been in the news for things other than features of the upcoming open-world title.  With the recent violence in Connecticut, Rockstar and the Grand Theft Auto franchise became a talking point for politicians looking to place blame on video games for violence in the U.S.
