Guitar Hero Live is getting new songs and concert footage alongside an all-access weekend for Guitar Hero TV.  Starting today, Freestyle Games will start rolling out the promised free content for the game in the form of new playable songs and shows in Guitar Hero TV.  Starting on Friday November 6th at 4am PT, Guitar Hero Live players will be able to access all songs, free on-demand access to the entire Guitar Hero TV catalog for the entire weekend.

Guitar Hero Live will introduce content from the Black Veil Brides in the form of a Premium Show.  This includes footage from one of the band’s Black Mass Tour, and will include the songs: Heart of Fire, Fallen Angels, and In the End.  Other Premium Shows include Paramore, Fall Out Boy, Blink-182, The 1975, American Authors, and George Ezra.

Going forward with Guitar Hero Live, Activision says that new concert footage and music videos will be added to Guitar Hero TV from Weezer, Judas Priest, Alice in Chains, System of a Down, and more.  This new content will arrive on Guitar Hero Live in the form of Premium Shows, which can be accessed by completing in-game challenges to unlock.
