Halo 5: Guardians Toys Come With In-Game DLC Of Some Kind

The Halo 5: Guardians McFarlane Toys action figure range each come with some in-game DLC unlocks.

As reported by Game Idealist, Amazon has listed the new McFarlane Toys Halo 5: Guardians action figures. There is an interesting part about DLC.

The listing says: “Figure includes DLC code for Halo 5: Guardians in-game content“. Sadly we’re not sure what exactly this DLC is. It’s probably something small and cosmetic like a skin for a gun or something like that.

The characters you can get are: “Master Chief, Spartan Athlon, Spartan Fred, Spartan Kelly, Spartan Locke and Spartan Tanaka“. Each figure is over 6 inches tall and has around 25 points of articulation.

The game might not be out until October 27th, but the action figures are available right now in North America at Amazon. They cost $12.99 currently, although the RRP is usually $15.99. All action figures come with accessories and resemble their video game counterparts perfectly.

There’s only one customer rating for the Master Chief action figure so far. The person rated it five stars and called it “amazing“. McFarlane Toys usually make great action figures and it’s nice to know they still have high quality standards.

Once Halo 5: Guardians comes out, it will be interesting to see what kind of DLC these action figures unlock.
