The upcoming stunt racing game Joe Danger is coming to PlayStation Network this June.  Developed by Hello Studios the game features a level editor that can be used to send Joe to his demise or glory.

As with any game of this type accessibility is a big factor and the video below looks like customizing tracks in Joe Danger is a pretty seamless process.

The game uses the three layer interface that Little Big Planet uses from which users pick objects from a tool back and place in one of three layers. Joe Danger will hit the PlayStation Network in June.
