Bethesda has released the Skyrim Legendary Update on Xbox Live, and will arrive shortly on the PlayStation 3. The update features a slew of fixes for the RPG, but the main attraction is the new Legendary difficulty setting and Legendary skill settings.
Legendary skill settings allows for players to to makes skills that are already rated at level 100 to be designated at Legendary. This resets the skill to 15, and will allow the skill to continue leveling. This feature is designed to effectively remove the level cap from skills. You’ll need the increased power behind your character to tackle the new Legendary difficulty settings.
Skyrim update 1.9 is a free update, and users will be prompted to download the title update when firing up the game. For the other bug fixes, head over to Bethblog.
