Warner Bros. has announced that Lego Dimensions will see a number of popular entertainment franchises appear in the upcoming toys to life game due this September. Today, The Simpsons, Doctor Who, Ghostbusters, Portal, Jurassic World, Midway Arcade, Lego Chima, and Scooby-Doo! have been officially confirmed for the game. You can add that list to the already confirmed DC Comics line-up, The Lord of the Rings, Lego Movie, and others.
Lego Dimensions will offer of number of different ways to expand on the game after launch through Level Packs, Team Packs, and Fun Packs based on these franchises. All of the expansionary content will give players the opportunity to use and interchange these items, characters, and vehicles anywhere throughout the game.
A new trailer, which can be found below, details a feature for the game where every vehicle and gadget can be built and rebuilt twice for a total of three different objects that perform didn’t features and abilities in the game.
Lego Dimensions will be out on September 29th for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and Wii U.
