Leveling Up In Mass Effect: Andromeda Is ‘Incredible’

BioWare has now described that leveling up in Mass Effect: Andromeda will be an “incredible” experience.

The producer for the game, Michael Gamble, tweeted that the leveling “system itself is quite incredible“. He then praised game designer, Ian Frazier did a great job.

Details on the leveling system will be shared at a later date. It will be interesting to see how it can be “incredible” as described by Gamble in Mass Effect: Andromeda. It’s possible your main character can become quite powerful the further you progress.

This is evident in a follow up tweet where Gamble said he showed the game to his colleagues playing as a level 1 character. He was playing a level further in the game and it sounded like he got beaten up bad.

He said: “Showed the game to some very senior people today…with late game content…and a level 1 character. No, they weren’t laughing *with* me.”

This is small evidence that BioWare isn’t going to make Mass Effect: Andromeda too easy for players. Gamers will need to level up when needed in order to progress and beat the enemies that await.

Mass Effect: Andromeda will be released in late 2016 for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One platforms.
