NIS America has shared a new trailer of Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony, which reviews part of the new group of Ultimates who will take part in Monokuma’s new killing game. Among the new characters we find the Ultimate Tennis Pro, the Ultimate Atronaut, the Ultimate Magician, and one of the ‘Monokubs’ that make their first appearance in this entry. So far the game is keeping the promise to be a clean start for the series after the second entry and the Danganronpa 3 anime, and some of the new characters’ backstory fits with the darker tone.
The first character to be presented is Ryoma Hoshi, a tennis pro who applied his talent to kill members of an organized crime syndicate. Kaito Momota is known as the Ultimate Astronaut, and is part of the space program despite the fact that he hasn’t even graduated high school. He also has some very interesting thoughts about crossing any limits in order to reach your dreams.
Other characters include Himiko Yumeno, a magician who claims to have real powers, Angie Yonaga, an artist who speaks on behalf of her island god Atua, and finally, Monodam, one of the four Monokubs who has had to endured through years of bullying of his siblings.
All those characters certainly make for some very interesting participants in the killing game, and we can’t wait who might become a victim or a killer.
Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony launches on PS4, PSVita, and PC on September 26, September 29 in Europe for the PlayStation versions. Watch the trailer below.
