Modern Warfare 3 Voice Actor Spills the Beans…Kinda

It’s been rumored that Activision is indeed working on another Call of Duty title, Modern Warfare 3 to be more precise.  A fall release window for the game would keep with tradition, so it’s not very far fetched to assume that development is well under way.  The problem is, we’ve haven’t had any confirmation about the new title.  Gamers have been left wondering whether Activision would continue the Modern Warfare saga, or go a different route.  A recent interview with a voice actor from the Modern Warfare games may have let the cat out of the bag.

Craig Fairbrass, the voice actor who did work for Gaz in Modern Warfare, and Ghost in Modern Warfare 2, recently made comments about being in L.A. doing voice over work for a new game while alluding to the Call of Duty franchise.

“I’ve just been out in Los Angeles doing something,” Craig told the radio show, “I’ve been out doing some bits and pieces and one of it’s to do with err…can’t say too much you know what I mean…”

“Yeah I did Call of Duty Modern Warfare as Gaz then I did Ghost in Modern Warfare 2, which has become one of the most iconic figures in the history of computer games,” he added.

It has been confirmed that the next Call of Duty game will be a collaborative effort among Activision developers, two of which happen to be located out in Los Angeles.  Was he doing work for Activision?  Keep in mind that Respawn’s development team is also located in L.A. , but former Activision employees West & Zampella have told us that the next title from their newly formed studio is some time off.
