A delay of DriveClub might have weakened the PlayStation 4 launch line-up a little bit, but Sony is still confident in the games that they are planning to deliver on the console. An advertisement for the PS4 that was revealed today points to 24 PlayStation 4 exclusives that console buyers can look forward to, and that the system has over 180 games in development, giving the PS4 “more than any other next-gen console.”
The Order: 1886, Killzone: Shadow Fall, Knack, and Infamous: Second Son are some of the big ones, but the video also claims that 14 award winning studios have games in development for the console. We just haven’t heard what some of these games could be, but we do know that we’ll see the return of developers like Naughty Dog, Sony Santa Monica, Media Molecule, and others over the course of the system’s lifespan.
Of course, these 180 games aren’t just first-party exclusives. As you can see in the video, a lot of the games that go into this tally will arrive on a number of different platforms.
