Naughty Dog Could Kill Off Drake if Uncharted 3 Called For It

Naughty Dog has recently made it perfectly clear that they have no qualms with axing off characters if it would move the narrative of the franchise forward.  “If that’s what it takes then that’s what it takes, said Evan Wells of Naughty Dog when talking about the advancement of the franchise.  It wasn’t clear if the developer had plans to do this to Nathan Drake in the upcoming Uncharted 3, but I suppose anything is on the table according to the developer.

Wells continued, claiming that the company is “trying to keep things fresh and draw certain aspects of Nate’s personality out as well as the characters he’s surrounded with”.   It might not be Nathan Drake this time around, but is Naughty Dog softening the blow for the death of one of the other popular characters in the game?  I don’t know about you, but to me Sully looks like he could croak at any moment.
