EA and DICE have now answered even more community questions about Star Wars Battlefront.

First of all, they revealed a lot of events that people can play Star Wars Battlefront before the game officially launches this November.

If you live in Sydney Australia, the game will be playable at the EB Games Expo. For those living in Anaheim, CA, you can play it next month at the D23 event. Europeans can play it next month at Gamescom in Cologne, Germany.

Gamescom will be exciting as an all-new multiplayer mode will be revealed. This new multiplayer mode will actually be playable to the public, so expect to see more gameplay footage very soon.

EA and DICE are still hesitant to announce how many characters will be in Star Wars Battlefront. They just said more are expected to be announced. We already know Boba Fett, Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader are in the game.

The team are still working out on the best method to balance out the aforementioned Heroes and Villains in the game modes. The famous characters will be stronger than everyone else, so they need to make the game fairer for other players. They will not be available in every map or mode in the game though.

As for missions in Star Wars Battlefront, you can only play as Rebels in Survival Missions. However, the Battles and Hero Battles Missions will let you be both Rebels and Imperials.

You can also be numerous alien races in the game too. The races on offer include “Twi’leks, Sullustans, Zabraks, Quarrens and more” for the Rebels.

Lastly, Star Wars Battlefront split-screen co-op is only available in Missions for the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game. The PC version won’t have split-screen whatsoever. Offline multiplayer is only limited to two players as well.
