Disney and Lucasfilm are going to debut Star Wars: Rogue One trailer 2 later this week. The trailer is set to have a very big audience.
The official Star Wars Twitter page announced: “See the premiere of the new #RogueOne trailer during Olympic coverage this Thursday.”
They didn’t give any indication on when the trailer will drop, but chances are is that it will air during prime-time in the United States. NBC is the main broadcaster for the Olympics so it might premiere on there.
Don’t worry if you live elsewhere because we can be sure the second trailer will be released online on YouTube. It could feature new footage that some people saw during Star Wars Celebration Europe.
The first trailer for the movie dropped back in April so fans are very eager for a new one to come out. Disney and Lucasfilm were good with the marketing for Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens as none of the trailers told us the story or gave us any big spoilers.
Star Wars: Rogue One will have a few surprises, although the movie’s story is not really a secret. It’s about the Rebels getting their hands on the Empire’s Death Star plans.
