A new Xbox 360 system update will be rolled out today and it brings with it 2GB cloud storage and more.

Major Nelson made all of the announcements on his official blog. The biggest update is that you can now use up to 2GB of cloud storage. This can be used for your game saves.

Another cool feature is that you can now redeem codes from messages. If you receive an Xbox Live Marketplace code in a message, you will be able to redeem it by pressing “Redeem Code”.

Also added is an “Activity Feed”. You can see what your friends have been up to and like on comment on their activities. The activity feed can be accessed by navigating to Social on the Xbox 360.

You can also see what your Xbox One and Windows 10 friends are up to using the Xbox 360 console too. You can also access your movie and TV collection from Microsoft Movies & TV and your Music in Groove Music.

The last new addition is that you can see your balance from your Microsoft account when browsing the Marketplace. This makes it easier for you to know if you have enough money to buy a new game.
