PlayStation goes indie with Spring Fever Event

Sony has just announced their line-up for their Spring Fever Event on the PlayStation Store. This includes special deals for PlayStation Plus members, and network-wide sales on popular games included in the promotion.

This year’s line-up includes four indie titles for the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita. These include Guacamelee ($14.99 or $11.99 PS Plus Price), Dragon Fantasy Book I ($9.99 or $7.99 PS Plus Price), Thomas Was Alone ($9.99 or $7.99 PS Plus Price, and Zombie Tycoon 2: Brainhov’s Revenge ($9.99 or Free for PS Plus Users). All four games are eligible for the Cross Buy functionality that allows players to play the games on either their PlayStation 3 or PS Vita, at no additional cost.

PlayStation Plus subscribers will recieve “at least” a 20 percent discount for each game.

The PlayStation Spring Fever Promotion starts today on April 9th, and runs through May 6th. Look for other games to see discounts throughout the promotion as well.
