Bandai Namco Entertainment and Slightly Mad Studios have just released a brand new launch trailer for their racing simulator Project CARS.
With the strap line of “By Racers 4 Racers” the team is truly showing their passion for the game and the racing genre. Project CARS has been in development now for four years and is soon to be released, after testing from both gamers and racing professionals. Described by the developers as “the most authentic, intense, beautiful and technically-advanced racing game ever”, Project CARS is setting the bar pretty high but it looks to be leaping over it.
The game will launch with over 80 vehicles including Touring cars, Le Mans Prototypes and even karts. Players will be able to race the roster over 110 unique locations and participate in competitive, or friendly, multiplayer races with up to 15 other players. Bandai Namco Entertainment recently unveiled the full vehicle list for Project CARS. The team has also confirmed that players will receive a free car each month, as well as regularly scheduled community events. The first of the free cars will be the Lykan Hypersport, the vehicle driven by Vin Diesel’s character Dominic Toretto’s in the latest Fast & Furious film.
