Sony has made the price cut for the PS4 now official for North America. The console will now only cost $349.99.
As announced on the PlayStation Blog, the price for the PS4 will now be $349.99 in USA. Best of all, the price will start tomorrow on October 9th. For Canadians, the price will be $429.99 CAD.
Not only is the base PS4 console having a price drop, this includes special game bundles too. They have dropped the price of PS4 bundles for Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, Disney Infinity 3.0, Star Wars Battlefront and NHL 16.
In most cases, the prices for these bundles drop between $20 to $50. This is good news for buyers that want a new gaming console in this Holiday Season. The price is in equal terms with the Xbox One now in USA.
Just remember, do not buy a new PS4 on October 8th (today). Wait until October 9th strikes so you can get it cheaper. It’s likely you can score yourself a deal in the lead up to Christmas or even Black Friday too. Retailers often to their own specials and bundles sometimes.
It’s better now to buy a new console than last year as there are many great new games to play now.
