Bandai Namco has announced the official release date for The Road to Boruto Expansion that will be available for Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4.
The Road to Boruto Expansion will be released on February 3rd, 2017 for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One. It serves as an expansion to Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4.
Details are: “Road to Boruto will expand the game with new playable characters such as Boruto & Sarada, a new story following the adventures of Boruto including the battle between Sasuke and Kinshiki and brand new areas in the Hidden Leaf Village to explore. More details about the expansion and new playable characters will be released soon, so stay tuned.”
This means if you already own Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, you can buy the new expansion as additional DLC. Much like Destiny, Bandai Namco are re-releasing the game so you can get Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 itself with the new expansion included. This is only if you don’t already own the base game.
Later this week at TGS 2016, there will be a trailer for The Road to Boruto released plus people that attend the show can play the playable demo. This is great news for Naruto fans as it continues the longevity of the game.
