Not content with scaring only the patrons in the States Capcom is at it again with another immersive Resident Evil experience, this time taking the fun all the way to London’s West End. The actual event will be taking place January 20-23 from 1pm-10pm the actual run-up to the release of the game itself which releases one day later January 24th, 2017. The experience is set to follow a story line that is inspired very heavily by Resident Evil 7 itself.

Taking place over 45-minutes each experience will involve multiple clues and puzzles as you work your way through the ramshackle house. The plot revolves around the users entering the Baker family’s home as part of the “Sewer Gators” a paranormal TV production team. In need of interim reporters it is up to you and a partner too puzzle out just what happened to the original crew members of the “Sewer Gators” having never returned from the house. The patrons lucky enough to get in will be taken through the entire experience in pairs culminating in an opportunity to play a demo version of Resident Evil 7 ahead of the actual release.

It has been specified this will be a brand new demo and not the one currently found on PS4, XB1, and Steam. One difference to take note of in regards to this event versus the one in LA is that Capcom is providing this entire experience free of charge choosing to forgo the  $35 dollar entry fee of the previous event.  Although free it is a very limited engagement and is recommended that you arrive promptly as patrons will be served on a first come first serve basis with each day allowing for 28 pairs of people to go through the full experience.

Everything you need to know about attending the event yourself can be found here.
