Two unannounced PlayStation Vita titles surfaced on multiple retailers.    Both coming from Ubisoft, Assassin’s Creed III & Ghost Recon: Final Mission were listed for the handheld briefly, before being scrubbed from the retail websites according to NeoGaf.

Zaavi is still currently accepting pre-orders for Assassin’s Creed III on the PS Vita, with a mock-up of “non-final” artwork for the title.  Ubisoft has yet to announce that Assassin’s Creed III would be heading to the Vita, but could be planning on an E3 2012 reveal at their press conference on Monday, June 4th.

Play UK listed Ghost Recon: Final Mission, but have since removed any trace of the listing from their website.  Again, Ubisoft has not confirmed a PS Vita version of Ghost Recon.

Ubisoft could be planning to support the PS Vita in a big way with two of their most popular franchises, if these retail listings turn out to be true.  Ubisoft’s Press Conference is scheduled for Monday, June 4th at 3pm Pacific.  Ubisoft will be streaming their press conference live via YouTube, and you can follow along while we live blog from the event.
