If you have played Star Wars Battlefront, you’ll know there is not many offline multiplayer modes on offer. This may change in a future update patch that should be released later this year.
As reported by WCCFtech, an EA customer support technician may have revealed that more offline modes will be coming to Star Wars Battlefront. This was revealed during a conversation a gamer was having with EA Support.
The gamer asked if the game would be adding the “online game modes to offline game play“. There are many modes that are only available if you play online. Sadly, EA and DICE didn’t add a bot option like the previous Star Wars Battlefront games did.
The EA support person mentioned they are working on this at the moment. He did confirm that this will be added in a new update patch. No release date was given, but he hinted that it’s still in development and will be out later this year sometime.
This news should be counted as a rumor for now since it’s just an EA support person. Hopefully this is true though as it will be cool to add more offline modes to the game. If this is true, EA and DICE are likely to make an official announcement on it soon.
