During EA’s press conference at Gamescom 2014, Chief Operating Office Peter Moore and Executive Producer Rachel Franklin showed off some details about the highly promoted PC game, The Sims 4. In The Sims 4, character detail goes deeper than it ever has, with the ability to resize individual body areas and a ton of personality traits that effect how your Sim will act and react during Live Play mode.
They also showed off how easy it was to design and build your Sim a homestead, with the ability to slide walls or if you want, drag and drop the entire house to another part of the plot. There was a large focus on the ease of sharing user created content as they quickly downloaded a football stadium for Liverpool fan Peter Moore’s Sim to enjoy residing in (after painting it red). The neighbourhood showcased was visually stunning and you could observe how different Sims felt simply by watching them walk by.
The Sims 4 debuts on September 2nd, but you can download and create Sims to your heart’s content with the Create-A-Sim Demo, out now, from their website.
