Sony explained once again why they’re making Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection.
As reported by DualShockers, Sony’s Scott Rhodes talked about PS4 remasters on the PlayStation Blogcast.
Rhodes reiterated what Sony have been saying for a few months now. The reason a lot of remasters are coming to PS4 is because a large amount of PS4 owners “did not own a PS3“. He said it’s being done for their benefit since they missed out on good PS3 games.
Speaking more specifically about Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, Rhodes teased a lot more things are incoming. He said a “super tease” is coming for the game in the very near future.
This is interesting because not many people expect anything new will be announced about a remastered collection. Rhodes could be teasing something big could be added to the game. All of the games in the collection will be 1080p and 60fps.
We do know Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection does not include the PS Vita’s Golden Abyss game. It would be exciting if this does get added in at the last minute, although this might be unlikely.
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection comes out from October 7th, 2015 exclusively for the PS4.
