Square Enix has teased in a trailer that a secret game will be part of its line up at the Tokyo Game Show (TGS) 2015 today.
This “secret” game will be presented on stage on September 19th. There are no hints as to what this game might be. It will be interesting to see if it’s a new IP or a revived series.
The other games expected to be making an appearance include Final Fantasy XV, Dragon Quest Builders, Just Cause 3 and Star Ocean 5. We should know more about the existing games at the event.
Square Enix announced its whole lineup for TGS 2015 earlier this year. Sadly, Kingdom Hearts 3 was not confirmed so we have to wait until November for additional information on that game.
Japanese game developers have been more open to localize their games to the Western market. Hopefully this secret game from Square Enix is something to be excited about. It will be disappointing if it’s a mobile game of some sort…
It’s only 11 or days more until we find out what this mystery game is.
