Nintendo has now released Super Smash Bros. 1.0.9 for the Wii U version of the game.
Nintendo announced the following information:
“As of July 2, 2015, new update data for the Super Smash Bros. for Wii U game has been made available for download in the Nintendo eShop. Users will be required to download this update prior to using the software’s online multiplayer features. Because of this, we strongly recommend that all Super Smash Bros. for Wii U players download and install this update data.”
The Super Smash Bros. Wii U update notes are:
“Adjustments have been made for a more pleasant gaming experience.”
This is the only official notes that were given about the recent update. The update likely nothing too big if the notes weren’t too large. Adjustments could mean balances to the numerous fighters in the game.
Super Smash Bros. Wii UÂ recently made some headlines with the new additions to the game including Roy, Lucas and even Ryu from Street Fighter.
Nintendo isn’t stopping with the DLC either. The company promised even more DLC will be on the way. It’s likely Nintendo will keep releasing additional DLC until the popularity of the game dies. As of right now, people are still playing the game and liking the new additions.
