Tali’Zorah Returns as a Squad Member in Mass Effect 3

Everyone’s favorite Quarian will be returning to squad mate status when Mass Effect 3 returns in the winter of 2012.   PC Gamer, who got the details straight from Bioware’s Casey Hudson, confirmed that everyone who’s ever been a main character in the Mass Effect series will be in Mass Effect 3.  But, not all of them will be accessible as squad members.  The confirmed squad members as of this time are: Garrus, Liara, Ashley or Kaiden, James Vega, and the now confirmed Tali’Zorah.

When asked how characters that aren’t going to be squadmates are integrated into the game, Hudson told the magazine:

Basically when the story moves to deal with that particular main character, there might be a plot where they join you for a little while, and they’re with you for that mission.
