Telltale promised more details about the upcoming continuation to Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series, and they delivered today with new screenshots from Episode 5 ‘A Nest of Vipers. Showing bits and pieces from many of the storylines, the screenshots give a small glimpse into the events that players can look forward to.

This episode picks up right after the events of Episode 4, where House Forrester made the usual two steps forward, two steps back in their quest to secure a future in Westeros. Things certainly aren’t looking great, but they have looked worse before. Perhaps as we head toward the series conclusion in Episode 6 we will begin to see a light at the end of the tunnel.

No firm release date was set, but we did get a small window with Telltale confirming that Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series – Episode 5 ‘A Nest of Vipers’ will be coming later this month. This means that players will have only had to wait the usual two months since the last episode, something Tales from the Borderlands fans can only dream of.

With just one episode left after this one things should really be heating up in Westeros. Look for our review when Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series – Episode 5 ‘A Nest of Vipers’ releases for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, and mobile. Check out the rest of the screenshots on the next page.
