Since the Zamasu and Future Trunks saga ended, we have to wait for the next big Dragon Ball Super arc to start. Episode 69 though will have a special appearance for a well known character.

As reported by Kanzenshuu, episode 69 of Dragon Ball Super will see the appearance of Arale who is most known for appearing in Dr. Slump.

The title of the episode is called “Goku vs Arale! The Earth Ends in a Wacky Battle?!” The episodes airs on December 4th, 2016. It will be interesting to see how this fight goes down.

The voice actresses for Goku and Arale (Masako Nozawa & Mami Koyama) were actually interviewed by Weekly Shonen Jump magazine and they were excited when this episode was announced.

They said there was also some friendly competition when they recorded their lines. They also mentioned that both of these characters span generations so they expect both parents and kids to love this episode.

Forbes wrote more on the topic and Arale may look innocent, but she could be even more powerful than Goku. This is because Arale is an android so looks can be deceiving.

Anyway, you can look forward to some filler episodes for the next few weeks until sometime in December. December will feature the start of what is expected to be the next arc.
