A new cinematic trailer for Aliens: Colonial Marines has been released from Gearbox and Sega.  The trailer for the upcoming FPS doesn’t have much by the way of gameplay that many have been hoping for, but what it lacks in gameplay it makes up for in giving you a sense of hope that this will be the Aliens game that fans have been waiting for.

The game recently saw a delay, pushing it into late 2012.  The announcement made by Sega pointed to quality assurance and the spirit of creativity as reasons for delay of the title which has been in the works for the better part of a decade under numerous developers.

Aliens: Colonial Marines is allegedly going to arrive later this year on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
