Announced today on Major Nelson’s Twitter account, feel free to head over to the MS store to pick up a 12 month Xbox Live subscription for $39.99. That’s $20 less than the standard yearly fee of $59.99. Considering that Xbox Live is required to access a majority of the systems apps, any discount is certainly welcome.
For those of us that appreciate options, you can purchase your subscription via digital code or physical card. Digital code seems like the more practical option of the two, but to each their own.
No details on how long this discount will last so you may want to swing by soon if your subscription is set to expire in the near future.
