[Update] Xbox Live Issues Currently Impacting Matchmaking On Xbox One

[Update: The Xbox Live matchmaking issues on Xbox One have been resolved.]

Some issues are currently negatively impacting Xbox Live, with Microsoft releasing a service alert letting everyone know that matchmaking on Xbox One is not in a perfectly-functional state right now.

Despite the issues, Microsoft is on the case and looking to have the issues resolves quickly. “Issues with Matchmaking? We’re on it! Our team is engaged and hard at work trying to get everything back to normal. Thanks so much for your patience while we work. We’ll update you again when we know more.”

Microsoft also reports that services such as purchasing content, browsing websites and accessing TV, music and videos are still working perfectly fine. However, the ESPN app on Xbox One is currently in a limited state.

A fix for these problems will more than likely be coming later today, so be sure to stay tuned to be notified when that happens.
