PlayerUnknown’s Battleground is getting zombies, according to the developers. Â Announced via Twitter, the PUBG Twitter account revealed the news plus showed a video of zombies in the game. Â They say that there’s no ETA on the arrival of zombies in the game but it looks like they could change the dynamic of the game significantly.
It’s unlikely that they’ll just drop zombies into the core game mode for PUBG, but that hasn’t stopped the tease from being divisive. Â Some think zombies would ruin the game if dropped into Battle Royale mode, and they’d probably be right as it would change the game considerably.
Though added as a special mode in the future could lead to even more longievity for the Battle Royale shooter.  Bluehole is currently working away on the PC version of the game having said that optimization is coming ahead of new modes, maps, and other features.
That said, and Xbox One version of the game was recently announced at E3 2017.
