Mortal Kombat Goes Gold, Celebrates with Screenshots

Mortal Kombat is getting set to release on April 19th, and today Warner Brothers Interactive announced that the game has just gone gold.  So it looks like many of you have already committed your money to the game, and the wait is on for release.  Sure you could hold out for moving pictures, but why wait when we have these perfectly good still shots of the upcoming fighter so convieniently displayed below.

Then again, you can always check out the demo which is available on the PlayStation Store if you really want to get a good feeling for the game.
