A man on Reddit claims he lived 51 years inside a dream and saw something disturbing happen to President Donald Trump in 2027. While most people’s dreams are boring and forgettable, this person says he experienced an entirely different life and remembers almost everything from it.
According to Unilad, the Reddit post went up on December 22, and the man shared detailed memories from his dream life. He even remembered specific details like his wife’s appearance. She was 5’4″ with blonde hair and blue eyes, and he said she looked like a female version of Kurt Cobain, the famous Nirvana singer. In the dream, he married her in 2028 when he was 28 years old.
When someone asked if he remembered any political events, he shared a dark prediction about Trump’s future. He claims that in his dream, Trump gets assassinated in 2027 during an international trip to Japan. According to his account, a sniper attacks Trump at the airport when he lands to meet with Takaichi. The shooter is never caught but is believed to be a member of the US military.

After Trump’s death in the dream, JD Vance finishes the presidential term but loses the next election to California Governor Gavin Newsom. Newsom then serves two terms as president. After him, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez serves one term, followed by Pete Buttigieg who serves two terms. This would mean the Democratic Party wins five presidential terms in a row.
However, the dreamer later added that Newsom and Buttigieg actually split from the Democrats and created a new political party. Still, five straight terms for one party would be historic. The current record is four consecutive terms between 1933 and 1945, which was also achieved by Democrats. Trump has recently made controversial decisions, including declaring fentanyl a weapon of mass destruction, which drew immediate criticism.
The man explained that he felt like he lived every single second of those 51 years. But just like real life, he doesn’t remember everything perfectly. He compared it to trying to remember what you ate for breakfast seven years ago. The memories exist but some details fade over time.
He described the experience as feeling unreal and hard to explain. He said it felt like he was living in another person’s body rather than having two separate identities. The dream version had a similar personality to him, and he thinks they would have been good friends in real life. One Reddit user suggested this could be lucid dreaming, where people sometimes have trouble telling the difference between real events and dream events. When someone asked if it was a happy life, the dreamer simply replied that it was very happy and he smiles when thinking back on it.
