A woman fired multiple gunshots outside Rihanna’s gated LA home, and what police discovered on the front gate is chilling

The incident came to light through the Associated Press, which reported that police responded to reports of gunfire near the singer’s residence. Officials say the investigation is ongoing as they work to determine the motive behind the incident.

Police say it remains unclear whether Rihanna was home at the time of the shooting. The suspect is currently in custody as authorities continue reviewing evidence gathered at the scene.

Bullet holes found in front gate after shots fired near property

Los Angeles police received a call about shots fired around 1:15 PM in the Beverly Hills area on Sunday. Officers quickly responded to the scene, where a 35-year-old woman was later apprehended and a weapon was recovered, amid the AI declaration backlash.

The woman is currently being held on $10 million bail and was booked on suspicion of attempted murder. Prosecutors have not yet announced formal charges as investigators continue building the case.

Although police did not officially identify the homeowner, multiple local outlets reported that the property belongs to Rihanna. Public records indicate the home is owned by a trust managed by Evan Jehle, who serves on the advisory board for Rihanna’s Clara Lionel Foundation.

Video footage from the scene appeared to show several bullet holes in the front gate of the property, illustrating the intensity of the gunfire directed at the residence. Authorities have not publicly said how many shots were fired or whether the gate was the only part of the property struck.

Police have not publicly discussed a motive for the shooting, and investigators have not indicated whether the suspect had any connection to Rihanna or the property. The case also unfolded as attention shifted to the Senate SAVE Act standoff.

Rihanna’s publicist and manager have been contacted for comment, but there has been no official statement from her team so far. The investigation continues as police analyze evidence recovered at the scene and review video from the area.
