The console versions of Minecraft have been recently updated. Â While the updates arrived on Xbox One and Xbox 360 first, PlayStation Minecraft players have been waiting for theirs.
Today the latest update has completed testing for the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita versions, and 4J Studios says those are out now. As for the PlayStation 4 version, “No news yet from Sony America on the PS4 update,” according to the developer’s latest tweets.
You can find the full list of changes from the last update for the PlayStation 3 version of Minecraft here. Â For the PS Vita change list, head here.
As you’ll find in the update notes, there’s a lot of new content included in this latest Minecraft update, though the biggest new feature is the addition of horse mobs, and the ability to tame and ride the creatures.
While these PlayStation updates have been out in Europe for a little while, the North American Minecraft players will need to wait a little longer for their PS4 update.
