Troy Baker was interviewed by IGN where he talked more about his role as Ocelot in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.

First, Baker spoke out again about the scope of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. He said it is “one of the most ambitious” games he has ever seen in his life. Last week in another interview, he said the game is the biggest one has has ever worked on. Baker has worked on lots of AAA games in his life, so that’s a huge statement.

Baker cannot comment too much about Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain’s story yet. This is because he himself doesn’t know too much about it either. He voices in several parts of the game, but still doesn’t know the whole narrative yet. He’s excited about what he has seen from the game so far though.

Baker even humorously said Ocelot and Master Miller speak too much in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. He said players will say “shut up Miller” and that Ocelot “talks a lot“. He predicts some gamers might get tired of hearing them too much.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is still scheduled for release in 2015 and will be out for the PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360 platforms.
