Amazon France has put up a listing that Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster will be coming out to the PC.
The listing says Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster will be compatible on Windows 7 and Windows 8 platforms. Koch Media has been noted as the game’s distributor. This is the same company that distributed Square Enix games in Europe in the past.
The placeholder release date for Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster seems odd. It says the game will be out on March 25th. This seems unlikely since Square Enix hasn’t officially confirmed the PC version yet. Not to mention the PS4 version of the game will not be out until May 12th.
The possibility of a PC version of Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster isn’t out of the question though. Square Enix recently released the Final Fantasy XIII trilogy on Steam. Also a lot of Japanese publishers have started to embrace the PC platform now. Dead or Alive 5 Last Round and Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes made to way to the PC recently.
We’ll just have to wait and see if Square Enix confirms or denies that Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster will be coming to the PC platform.
